Warranty and Service
Warranty is one year on parts and labor at our plant. Consumable items such as glassware, needles and membranes are not included. Warranty cards should be filled out and sent in immediately after receipt of goods.
Freight charges to Berlin, MA for service performed in our repair department are the responsibility of the customer. Return UPS freight charges will be paid by Organomation. For warranty work performed in the field, parts will be sent at no charge.
Repairs and Updates
We have a complete repair department to service older instruments and baths. Most units can be repaired or updated to current specifications. Parts are generally in stock and turnaround is 2 days plus time in transit. For rush orders, items received by 10 am are repaired, tested and shipped the same day. Before any work is done, we will call with the exact cost including labor and parts.
Merchandise Returns
Prior written approval is required for all merchandise returns. Returns must be made within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of goods. If a return beyond this period is approved, there will be a 10 (ten) percent restocking charge. Packing should be carefully done. Original shipping cartons should be used whenever possible. All returns must be received undamaged and in new condition. Used glassware, needles or other consumable items may not be returned.
Shortage or Shipping Damage
All claims for shortage, incorrect items or damaged items must be made within 10 (ten) days after receipt of shipment. We will attempt to correct problems immediately, usually by exchanging or replacing items, All incorrect or damaged items must be returned for credit. Damaged cartons should be kept for possible inspection. |
