DESCRIPTION
The Teflon-free MULTIVAP nitrogen evaporators are designed for laboratories performing high-throughput PFAS sample preparation and concentration. These evaporators allow large batches of samples to be processed simultaneously while eliminating potential fluoropolymer contamination during nitrogen blowdown evaporation. Both the 64 and 100 position models are constructed using 100% Teflon-free components, ensuring that no PTFE or other fluoropolymers are present in the instrument.
Suited for EPA PFAS methods 533, 537.1, and 1633, these MULTIVAP systems are widely used and trusted by the top environmental testing laboratories.
The Teflon-free MULTIVAP evaporators are well suited for testing laboratories processing large batches of identical samples, where high throughput and consistent evaporation conditions are required. These evaporators use a gas distribution manifold to deliver nitrogen evenly to all samples, while toggle switches allow individual rows of samples to be turned off when running smaller batches to conserve nitrogen gas. These MULTIVAPs use a heated water bath capable of temperatures from 30°C to 100°C to support efficient evaporation across a range of solvents. Sample racks are customized to your specific tube size to ensure proper fit.
